Wow. The speed and quality of their service was phenomenal. We had an extremely niche and specific insurance need that no other broker or insurance company was able to help with, but Mia from ALFA Insurance Brokers said that they could "absolutely help us [with our need]".

And not only that, but it was extremely time sensitive- we needed the policy bound within 48 hours- AND THEY DID IT!! Despite many documents to review and questions to answer all via email, they got it done in the necessary time!!

We were super happy with their service! The quote was more than we expected, but given the niche, specific, time-sensitive matter, we went with it. (Quote could also be out of their control I don't know how it works)

Honestly, I have been with this Company for a while now. I can say from the bottom of my heart that the staff alone has been so peaceful towards me. I can call and ask them anything about my policy or even changing dates, so that it arranges up with my dates.

I can write a long story, but I will keep it short and sweet this is what you call Customer Service satisfaction at its finest. Plus, I am so happy that I can talk to human being & NOT Robots

After Calling multiple insurance companies that would not insurance me for motorcycle & auto insurance due to tickets Alfa Insurance was able to help me out and get my a very reasonable quote , very quick process I have been dealing with Mia from Alfa Insurance for a few years now this family company treats you like gold, they give you the time of day and are very respectful I have been dealing with them for all of mine and families vehicles, HIGHLY RECOMMEND you will not be disappointed !!!!!
