Alex helped me through the horrendous interest rates hikes and found me a decent and favourable rate. Even when I found a rate I was happy with, he was able to find me a better rate. As a first time home buyer he guided me through what needed to be done and was professional the whole time and when I had questions he always got back to me quickly. Alex is the best mortgage profession to go to for lending needs . I needed an written pre-approval to buy a pre construction home in Kanata lakes and call around and nobody was able to help me because it’s only a pre-approval so they don’t want to waste their time. Was referred to Alex and he took the time to explain everything and was able to pre-approved us and email me written confirmation. Also he’s available at all time to answer questions which is very important for homebuyers.
