The company is owned by a nice guy with high professional knowledge and skills. Easy to talk to and dealing with. The company is keeping up with high standards of service, doing everything on basis of the bylaw standards and using good quality materials. My basement development is well done with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested ?

We used this company to develop our legal basement on our new house and dealt with Jas the entire time. Everything went smoothly with them and they delivered exceptional service and quality. We are very happy with the outcome of how our basement turned out and I can't recommend this company enough. Jas is exceptionally friendly, accomodating, and delivers on his promises. He was always there for our questions and concerns and never hesistated to do things himself to ensure we got what we wanted. He gave us exactly what we were looking for and didn't hesitate to give his suggestions as needed.

The entire process which took 3 months - which is a good timeline - went very smoothly with no hiccups or issues. The trades folk that Jas deals with were very good as well. Absoloutely no issues. Highly recommend this company for your construction needs. 5 star rating easily!

Great workmanship and a quality finish. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jaswinder went above and beyond what was expected from a contractor and made the whole process of developing our basement a breeze. Worksite was kept very clean and any mess was kept to a minimum. All discussions were honest and costs were kept to the budgets as agreed.

I would highly recommend them for any work you need doing! Keep up the good work.
