I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at Airdrie Honda Parts & Service went so far above and beyond that I had to share our story.

A few weeks ago, I was in a bind. My vehicle's AC stopped working right before a long road trip we had planned with our family. It was going to be a scorcher that weekend, and I knew we couldn’t hit the highway with a kid in the backseat and no AC. I called around to a few places, but either the parts weren’t in stock or the service teams were booking a week out.

Then I called Airdrie Honda. Not only did their parts department have the exact part I needed in stock (a rare one, apparently), but they worked directly with the service team to squeeze me in the next day. Everyone was so kind and professional, from the person who answered the phone to the technician who explained the issue and how they fixed it.

What really impressed me was the way the parts team communicated directly with the service staff to streamline everything. It was clear they weren’t just departments under the same roof—they operated as one seamless team. No delays, no finger-pointing, just real problem-solving and customer care.

They even gave my car a complimentary wash after the repair, and the technician gave me a few honest tips to keep things running smoothly during summer.

Thanks to them, we hit the road right on time—and in cool comfort. That kind of service is rare these days.

We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our salesman, Par, was absolutely amazing, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, and we really appreciated his understanding and professionalism.

Although we didn’t get the chance to meet him personally, Par spoke very highly of the general sales manager, Vashal, who clearly supports a great team and positive environment.

Bought a used 2019 4 Runner Trd Pro from Airdrie Honda and had it shipped to me from the dealership. Airdrie Honda skipped the entire landing process of the car and did the bare minimum for customer satisfaction. Airdrie Honda told me my vehicle would arrive December 23rd 2024 I never received the vehicle until January 5th. Upon arrival vehicle had damages that were never disclosed, my bumper guard was hanging on for dear life with double sided adhesive tape... the damages estimate is $1100 to fix. The salesman Dustin said they would fix it. Since then all my calls have been ignored and I'm left to pay with the damages. Airdrie Honda has turned the excitement of buying a vehicle into a nightmare. No compensation was given for the delays in shipping or their negligence in landing the car properly and they were very nice and gave me less than a quarter tank of gas and a dirty interior to deal with as well. Airdire Honda has given Honda a bad reputation, I wouldn't recommend this Honda dealership at all.
