Nous avons reçu un excellent service chez Airdrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep, et ce de la part de toute l'équipe. Nous avons pu stationner notre RV durant la réparation et toute l'équipe s'est assurée que nous pussions profiter de la ville malgré le problème de notre Jeep. Grâce aux gens rencontrés, nous avons pu visiter Calgary avec plaisir, poursuivre nos vacances et revenir au Québec en toute sécurité! I didn't mind the selection of vehicles or the sales staff at Airdrie Dodge, although the quality of some vehicles I observed were questionable. I had scheduled an appointment for the next day to view a vehicle, and when I arrived, the sales rep took some basic information. However, instead of a straightforward discussion I was hoping for, I found myself being poked and prodded with unnecessary questions -- clearly an attempt to gather details for leverage later. Whatever, let her do her thing, and we proceeded with the test drive.

I enjoyed the vehicle, but surprisingly, very little information was provided about it during the drive -- no details on its history, features, or anything that would actually help me make an informed decision. More importantly, we hadn't yet solidified how I intended to pay, which in my opinion, shouldn't even be relevant unless I'm interested in purchasing.

After about 40 minutes of waiting, I saw the finance manager drive off in my personal vehicle, without any real explanation. When he returned, he handed me a quote that included around $19,000 in unexplained additional charges on a financing agreement. I'm well aware of the typical dealership tactics -- from the probing questions to predatory finance managers who prey on uninformed buyers. Unfortunately for them, I can do simple math. Instead of playing games, I simply walked out.

Here's my recommendation: If you want to sell a car, focus on actually selling the car. Provide information, a history report, and an explanation of features. If you expect someone to finance a purchase, be transparent about the terms instead of trying to sneak in absurd markups. The car market isn't what it used to be, consumers are more aware after being taken advantage of during the pandemic. Inflated prices are already a problem; shady sales tactics only make it worse.

For the record, I was ready to purchase a vehicle that day or the next. I was open to trading in my car, giving the dealership another opportunity to profit. I was even willing to finance a portion of the deal despite my ability to pay for it outright to make the deal mutually beneficial. But if you're not willing to be upfront with me, why should I do any favors for you?

I likely wouldn't recommend this dealership or the traditional car-buying experience in general. It just seemed like a lazy attempt and that I wasn't valued as a potential customer, which is fine because there are plenty of other places to purchase vehicles. I will say, they weren't too pushy with the calls and stuff when I initially inquired which was nice, however after my experience, this was likely due to a lack of initiative.

I had a fantastic experience working with Natasha when buying my new minivan at Airdrie Dodge. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She made the whole process smooth and hassle-free, answering all my questions and explaining the features of the minivan in detail. Beware bringing your vehicle to Airdrie Chrysler. We had driven to Calgary from Ontario to visit family. I brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change and differential fluid change. Routine maintenance which was recommended for my warranty. They recommended new shocks, brake fluid change and new brakes. I told the advisor I had just had the brakes replaced after my last service. His response was that they didn’t look at the brakes only recommended due to the age of the vehicle. I declined the extra services. The next day after picking up the vehicle we noticed there was a pool of oil under the vehicle. I then found the oil plug was loose and leaking and the differential was leaking. I then took it back to Airdrie where I waited over 2 hours for them to fix it. Had we not double checked their work we could have blown our motor and been stranded on the way home. If you bring your vehicle here plan to recheck their work. After talking to the service manager I was promised a call back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it has been a month a haven’t heard a word.

After visiting several Chrysler locations in the greater Calgary area I reached out to Harshdeep Singh at Airdrie Chrysler late Oct to see if his dealership had any stock available on a 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 with an option package that I was having trouble finding.
I went into the dealership and met with Harsh in person and before I left the dealership Harsh assured me that he would do his best to find me the right truck.
Even though it took a few weeks, Harsh was able to find me a truck that met my needs, right down to my preferred colour.
I can honestly say that Harsh is the most respectful salesperson I have ever met and would highly recommend him for any automotive purchase you are looking to make.
Well done Harsh….due to your unwavering commitment to find me a Unicorn within my budget, I now have everything I was looking for.

This may not be your big name dealership, but the folks at Airdrie Dodge took care of us and made our vehicle buying process as easy as possible! There was absolutely no pressure from Jay who was polite, friendly, professional, and very well versed in the vehicle purchasing market. We never felt like we were being scammed or taken advantage of and everything was upfront and delivered as advertised. We got a great deal on our vehicle and even won a free trip for 2 as part of the "Christmas Comes Early" promotion. Be weary of this dealer the workmanship of their mechanic is pretty shoddy. They are leaving wiring plugs between the cab and frame so they get pinched instead of putting the connector back in its bracket. The lock clips were removed and never reinstalled. They are also leaving wiring laying against the exhaust pipe so it melts. The mechanic broke parts and never replaced them, I asked for the cover that was supposed to be installed covering the exposed wires that plug into the module, after some time they gave me one that was broken. I talked to the service manager about the way the wires ect was done and he told me pretty much to F Off it seams like they are making sure you are a repeat customer. I will never be going back to this dealership for any repairs. (Edited to add pictures)

Hands down easiest experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. Thanks to Natasha, and Taylor ! They were insanely easy to deal with, helpful and not pushy. Very considerate of my time, and accommodating. I highly recommend using them if you are ever in market for a new or used vehicle !
