Booked a Vancouver harbour tour and when we showed up at the Aerodrome to take the tour no one was there. I was left embarrassed in front of my friend after planning this trip and they did not offer any alternatives to make up for their mistake. Don't waste your time with them and book directly through the touring companies for the same price.

I had the opportunity to ride the Gulf Island Seaplanes floatplane thanks to Airble. It was a great experience flying over Vancouver Harbour, Stanley Park, Horseshoe Bay, Gabriola Island, etc. 10/10 Would go again.
