I would give a zero star if possible. The worst booking agents and worst customer service. I asked them to book a ticket for my parents with 2 checked-in bags each which they assured they will. At the time of check-in I came to know that only one bag is allowed in the ticket that they booked so, I had to pay so much extra for the luggage on the spot at the airport. When I asked them about this they began asking for email or message proof showing that I requested 2 bags. How am I supposed to have a paper trail of the in-person visit in their office? They did not even accept their mistake. On top of that, I requested a vegetarian meal for my parents but when I went to the airport for check-in, they said no special meal request is made which means my parents were at the mercy of the airline for a vegetarian meal on two flights 12 hours and 5 hours long. Even the airport check-in team told me that the booking agent did a worst job. Whosoever choose this agency should be mindful of having extra money and patience put aside to deal with these agents' blunders. They do not even stand behind their faults let alone fix them or pay for their mistakes. It has been 6 days since I am trying to contact them but they are not picking up the phone nor giving any response of my messages. No customer deserves this kind of worst service!

If someone is really looking for a sincere and painful human being (not a travel agent or selfish business person) who cares about your time and money, I'll suggest they always think first about Miss. Masba and Mr. Junaid. They are very professional, respectful, and find a lot cheaper routes for you (sincerity) and caring in all aspects. I was fed up with contacting many travel agents (very prominent businesses don't wanna name them) and was about to give up my idea to go back home and did my last try to check if they were gonna help me or not! Finally, they came up like a bright light in the deep darkness and she offered me a very competitive and I would say ever cheaper flight option that I couldn't even believe after my confirmation and payment. I am really thankful to God for seeing my family after a while and then thankful to Miss. Masba for their help, generosity and kindness. I wish others the best luck too and hope they will enjoy the same hospitality as I did with this business. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
