The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I have emailed the broker and tried calling numerous times with no response. The phone says they are closed and I have not received a call back after leaving voicemails. My insurance goes up yearly on a aging vehicle and I am done with these people for good. Find another broker that cares about your business.

I made a quick decision to trade in my car for new (used) vehicle. I reached out to Kyle to find out what to do about insurance and how much things may change for my son and I. Kyle was super responsive and assessed my situation by the next day. He offered valuable advice to save me money in the short term and more importantly advised me on letting my current provider know of the change in my vehicle use. I will be taking Kyle up on his offer to do a comprehensive review of my files and transfer my insurance over to the Acumen Insurance Group. Thank you so much for all your help!

I'd like to share my experience with the acumen insurance company, specifically, one of their insurance broker- Agnes. I'm really disappointed, company with such a high renom shouldn't even hire brokers that don't do their job. I received a quote from her despite the fact that half of my information was missing. How is that even possible? She didn't ask anything: do you have winter tires, do you have a garage for your car etc. I'm assuming that she also didn't request the copy of collision report. I got a quote that was the highest from every quote that I've received. I don't recommend this company and especially this broker
