After having my kitchen knives come back more dull than I dropped them off at a place in West Van AGAIN, I came here a few months ago to hopefully have sharp knives in my life. Jonathan helped me right away. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I picked up my knives a few days later and WOW what a difference! My knives are the sharpest I’ve ever had them (apart from brand new). No need to apply pressure on anything anymore. Cutting hard veggies is a dream. SO impressed! I brought in my whole knife collection. After months of daily use, and a quick swipe of the steel, the edge is just as sharp. Thanks again, Jonathan! I’ll be back!

I haven't had anything repaired here but my experience buying a new pressure washer was excellent. The owner assembled it for me, filled it with oil, tested it and took time to explain how to use and care for it. His price was lower than MSRP and he recycled my old pressure washer at no charge.

A super important local business. The owners are always so helpful, the knife and garden tool sharpening is great, and they are always so helpful in teaching me, repeatedly, how to use my power tools, and our "go to" for repairs. Thanks for your service!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My dad’s Ryobi pressure washer had a problem, it is still covered by the warranty. The company told me to come here to get it fixed. It took me a whole month to be able to bring it in since they were closed for a month, and didn’t bother updating it on google. When I was finally able to bring it in the guy at the counter was very rude, and condescending. I’m sure it was because he doesn’t understand fully, and doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. After 2 weeks my dad called to see what was the problem. He tells my dad there is a problem with the pump and that it isn’t covered by the warranty. I called to ask why, and right way he seems annoyed, and is audibly sighing on the phone. When I asked why it isn’t covered he clearly didn’t have a real answer, so he just got very rude, and disrespectful.Don’t waste your time coming here because THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND ARE SCAMMING PEOPLES MONEY.

The rudest service ever!
My dad took his pole saw for service and had me to follow up during his absence. The person who picked up the call was utterly rude. He didn't understand my question and got offended easily with a strong attitude when I simplified my question for him hoping to make it easier for him (he clearly had some troubles).

If your business still want to stand in a long run , you need to work on your communication. For people who don't want to have a horrible day, stay away from this place.

On December 29, 2023, I took my Ridgid impact driver to this store to repair/replace a LED light as it is the only authorized repair shop for Ridgid tools. To date (March 9, 2024), it is still in the shop. The shop owner first advised the delay was due to them closing for a period for vacation in January. Today when I called for an update (after two and half months), he advised me he is waiting for the part. He refused to give me an estimated time of when I can have the repaired tool back. The owner was unapologetic and downright rude. I don't see how a delay of this amount of time is acceptable for a customer.

Called earlier to ask about repairing my RYOBI vacuum. The gentleman on the phone informed me to bring the item in to see if they’re could repair it and if it’s under warranty I won’t have to pay anything. Once I came in with the item both owners (man and women) yelled at me saying that I never mentioned it was a vacuum and that they won’t deal with the item, even though I confirmed what the item was on the phone. He said to me in person that I lied about that and never told him about it. That was the most rude and disrespectful conversation I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you like to get yelled at over a vacuum.
