Took my sick 10 month old baby here. Waited 2 hours to see a doctor. At that time I was told there are no doctors available only nurses. Nurses can not write prescriptions. Total waste of time. Why are nurses diagnosing patients? Is this legal? Go anywhere else.

I waited 2 hours, only to be told they had only one Dr spot left and even though I waited my turn from opening, that since I was triaged a level 2 I couldn't have it, they would save for someone else who was level 1. I should go to a walk-in clinic, next availability was in 4 days. If it wasn't an eye issue maybe that would have been ok. First and last time going here. What has happened to our medical system?

After calling in this morning to bring my child in I was told they couldn’t give me a wait time for how long it would take to see a RN or doctor. I drove my daughter there and waited an hour and a half to find out there was no one available to see her. I could’ve driven to the hospital right away and avoided all of this had the receptionist been transparent with me. Super frustrating to have to have patients wait that long to not see any one.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff and doctor that was there Monday September 30/2024. My daughter had croup and the service was just amazing. My daughter keeps on talking about how much she liked the doctor.
Thank you keep up the great work

Horrible experience. Went in with severe muscle spasm. Told reception that I likely need Flexeril. The NP there advised that that medication is on the "do not prescribe" list. Asked if there was something similar they would be able to prescribe instead and they booked me in to talk with an RN. RN took my blood pressure and asked about my symptoms. Then he went to talk to the NP and he came back and said that the NP already told you that they don't prescribe Flexeril, and said to use heat. I was like "why am I even in this appointment then if it was already decided at reception that I couldn't get anything prescribed?" I don't need medical care to tell me to use heat when I am in severe pain. This is URGENT CARE!!! What a joke!!!!

The staff was really nice, but the triage system is completely broken.

We brought our 1-year old with complex medical issues here, after a pharmacist told us to go to an urgent care centre saying that he obviously needed antibiotics.

We arrived shortly after opening, and they would not give us an estimated wait time. After 2 hours I pointed out that we still had not been triaged, and that everyone that had arrived before us had been called in. Many of these appeared non-timely, like a healthy man who was clearly there for a stubbed but non-broken toe (no pain while walking).

After seeing the nurse at about 2.5 hours, the nurse determined that he should see a doctor and that he could see one in another 3 hours (so a total of 5.5 hours). I explained that he needs to get home to get his regular medication, so they said they would speed it up. After the 3 hour point I tried to explain again that we needed to leave to get home to give his medication, and they said that we were next. Almost an hour later at around the 4 hour point I said that we either had to be seen now or needed to leave without seeing a doctor since the timing of his regular medication is important. At this point we finally saw a nurse practitioner, it took less than 5 minutes for her to determine that he needed antibiotics.

I do not understand why a 1-year old with a complicated health condition that could quickly be seen would not be prioritized. (There was also a baby there with a family we arrived, and they were second-last to be triaged among the people there when we arrived.)

As context, I took the attached picture before we left for the urgent care centre. I do not understand why you want a kid looking like this in your waiting room for 5.5 hours. Even if very-young kids with health conditions are not going to be prioritized, the staff should at least make a reasonable effort to offer people realistic timelines. There was no indication at all when we arrived that the wait would be so long, despite us asking about the wait time.

(Again, everyone was super nice but the triage system makes no sense.)

This is such a terrible clinic. My daughter and I went to see a doctor and we were told that the nurse would decide if we could see a doctor, after waiting 2 HOURS we got to see the nurse. I asked if we could see a doctor quickly for antiviral medication, the nurse simply said." Sorry we have full capacity so you will not be able to see the doctor." Like I'm sorry what? I waited 2 HOURS to see a nurse and for them to tell a doctor to print something quickly and they took 2 hours from me. What is the point of seeing a nurse that can't prescribe a simple medication? Worst clinic I've ever experienced this system is absolutely horrible. Also we went there and were told that we would be seeing a nurse first then a doctor. We waited a good hour and they told us they are fully booked and there is a little chance to see a doctor, they said the nurse can't give a prescription or tell us what kind of cough my daughter has. So we would have to wait 2 HOURS to know if we are going to see a doctor or not. So we got out of there, because what if we waited 2 hours there for them to tell us no you will not be able to see a doctor. It's a high chance she has a whooping cough, they can't help my daughter who might as well have a serious condition. I don't even know why people write 5 star reviews. I see they love wasting peoples time.Terrible experience, do not go there unless you would like your time wasted for nothing. I guess I will send my child to school to get everybody sick?

Had to wait to hours to see nurse. She was friendly and took a swab and photos.
but couldn’t help me. I went home. 3 more times I went there never a doctor available. A nurse finally calls to talk to me. Says she will call in prescription for me .But never does. I kept calling to talk to her all I ever got was the run around. In the end they just passed me off to a different clinic. I felt really let down. Even the clinic they tried to pawn me off on. Was a let down to a complete waste of time
