Messed up my 2022 tax return very badly which led to a reassessment. After discovering CRA sent a letter to them, I tried contacting Keith the owner by email and phone message with no response. Finally went in person. After he claimed it was sorted out, NOT TRUE! He did not inform me there would be an appeal that could take up to a year. In the meantime CRA would still be adding interest every month to the enormous amount. I ended up paying a huge amount for a mistake caused by them, made even worse when not attended to promptly as per letter from CRA. Very unprofessional! If I could give 0 stars I certainly would.
