What a wonderful day! The bikes were comfy, the sites were incredible and our guide Carrie was SO knowledgeable! What a way to see Niagara and taste the different wines.

We loved the unique wineries she brought us to, so cool!

We had such a good time one our wine tour with Niagara Wine Tours! John was amazing and really made us feel like VIPs! I really appreciated the contact with the company prior to the day of the tour to secure the details and ensure that our shuttle accommodated our pickup location. Made planning this bachlorette so easy. John also took us on a breathtaking tour of NOTL and shared lots of fun facts. Also took some really great photos which we will have to remember the day many years to come. Unfortunately some of the wineries werent to our palettes but nonetheless still a great overall experience!

We had such a great tour with our super knowledgeable tour guide Carrie. Not only did we learn so much, we got a cool behind the scenes look at a few wineries. She knew the best wines to taste at each stop and took a ton of great pics for us. I highly recommend this tour group. We will be booking again next summer 100%.

Literally could not recommend this wine tour more! John was informative, offered historical knowledge of Niagara-On-The-Lake between destinations, and was incredible sweet and kind. He took photos of us at each winery, let us in on news from the vine behind the scenes, and was such a pleasure to talk to! Even with a group where we were with strangers, John made us feel like family. This is the tour you want to book! Great wineries, a nice mix of white and red at each!

Lawrence was an excellent tour guide! He was friendly and easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the area and wines, and kept a good pace on the bikes for us less-experienced folk. We made a purchase at one of the wineries from Lawrence’s recommendation. Overall we had a great day and highly recommend!

In all of the confirmation emails your phone number is wrong (11 digits in stead of 10) just an FYI. You also explicitly express that we ENSURE you have the correct pick up address, if not we should meet you at the default group pick up location which is located at 1534 Niagara Stone Rd. We went to this address as nobody would answer my texts, phone calls or emails to confirm we would be picked up from our Air BnB. The address is for a thrift store and I spoke with the owner who said pick ups are no longer available at this address as a wine tour company used to occupy the back end of the building but moved out 1 year ago.

The administrative side absolutely sucks. So if you book MAKESURE you have your pickup address in advance.

Our Tour guide did pick us up from our AirBnB and on time. Gabby absolutely redeemed our view of the company. She was lovely - knowledgeable of wine in general, and was great company to be around.

We would book again for Gabby.

Overall, the tour was fun. We really enjoyed the wineries and the bike tour. It was a little bit cold, but we managed to keep warm. The way back was on a paved bike path and it was much better than the dirt paths, and side of the roads on our way to the wineries. The establishment seemed very unofficial.. the bike tour office was the bike storage room and it’s in the back of a gravel parking lot behind a renovation/ plumbing company. I had a lot of fun but I think if I came back I’d try a new company.
