Amy Lichti was beyond helpful in getting us set up with home insurance. The process was informative and professional while still personable. She went through way more detail and options for our plan than our last insurance company, and was patient and knowledgeable with every question I had. They really showed us they care about their customers. On top of all that our premium came at a lower cost than our previous with another company, so they are offering competitive rates. If you’re looking for a new insurance company, I highly recommend.
