So frustrated with this office. They do not follow through with any referrals or orders and I am left waiting and waiting in the dark for my specialist appointment and mri referral. I have to call every so many weeks to make sure they are on it and they still aren't. Not sure how hard it is to send these reports etc....we live in a technology advanced world. In the mean time, the patient gets put to the back burner and you have to fight constantly for your own healthcare. The specialist has all my chart information and is waiting for the report so he can see me.

Dr. Sheeler is wonderful. I feel so fortunate to have her as our family doctor. She really listens and is thorough with testing and follow ups. She is compassionate and knowledgeable.

Absolutely awful phone system. No one answers the phones and you are left in queue with bad music for an hour and then the phone auto disconnects on you, so you try again and it’s just a merry go round of waiting and being hung up on. Spent over 4 hours trying to get through and never once was able to connect to make an appointment!

My 16 month old son has no family doctor since December, because I was upset they offered me an appointment over a week later (only possibly) when he had an ear infection and suggested I go sit at urgent care / emergency (which would have been a 3-8 hour wait depending where I went), with the pandemic of respiratory infections that are absolutely rampant right now. This is after trying to get ahold of them most of the day by phone. I was not rude to the receptionist I was just blunt and while it was perhaps misconstrued as rude, under the terms of CPSO I should have been issued a warning before dismissal. I was not issued a warning if they felt I was being rude.

Prior to this I had really no issues with our assigned physician (Dr. Irvine) as he seems like a smart, practical doctor but dropping a juvenile from care is not very ethical.

I tried calling to Dr. Shermans office 3 times in one day. Each call I waited an hour on hold in queue and as soon as I got up to the first in queue then they hung up. It was so frustrating.

Just spent 1.25 hours on hold..started as caller number 9 in line..endured the most hideous muzak imaginable, only to have it hang up as soon as I was in the number one spot?!? Absolutely ridiculous.
