When couples are self-employed it is always a challenge talking to banks about mortgages let alone bridge-financing. The lay person (me) does not have the banking vocabulary to communicate effectively. Having a broker like Jeannie and Kristina not only make it easier but they make it possible. We were able to pay off our mortgage about 3 years ago because of the way Jeannie set up our financing.
This summer we used Jeannie again to create bridge financing allowing us to purchase a house before we sold the existing one. There were hick-ups along the way but Jeannie was able to come to the rescue each time.
We sold our house and now are on a new adventure with the new one.

Jeannie at dominion lending is absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond and is always such a joy to work with. She's quick to reply to any of your questions, no matter how easy or complicated they might be. She helped my wife and I buy our first house, and more than earned our business when it came time to renew, just a few weeks ago. Kristina and her team went above and beyond to help us get a place we can call home. There were so many road blocks along the way but she never gave up and always reassured me we will be ok and we got this. Well she was right, I still don't know how she did it at times but she did and thanks you her hard work and determination we have a place we can call home. You are not a number to Kristina you are a person and she cares about all her clients. I would not in a million years recommend anyone else but her and her team.
