Earlier this year, I visited Giant Vaughan because they were having an incredible sale on fat bikes. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Assif, one of the staff members. He was friendly and professional, giving me space to browse the bikes without hovering. When I had questions, he provided answers and helpful suggestions.

Overall, I received excellent customer service from Assif; and they have a fantastic selection of bikes. I left Giant with a fat bike!

Bike constantly drops chains and shifts poorly, WARRANTY DENIED

According to staff, this is normal and expected behaviour on a $5000+ bike. They had the bikes for two weeks and did not fix the issue, which they now claim is “normal”.

There is a clear and recurring problem which they are refusing to handle under warranty, on a bike three months old.

You feel welcome when you walk in to the shop. Assif came to assist me to choose the bike and answer to all my questions, which I had a lot after doing all my research online. He showed me the different level of gravel bike (Roam/Revolt/Revolt Advance). Given with the price point, and as a beginner in biking, he recommended the Roam 4 Disc, and he started by providing the spec about the bike and measuring to make sure it’s a good fit. While they are setting up the bike, he reminds me to register the bike online and told me to bring the bike back in September and beginning of next year when the season starts to service the bike, which is included as part of the service. I really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend for anyone buying their first bike at this shop.

This is amazing. My husband bought two Mountain bikes for my kids. And it’s awesome. My kids are having a blast on their new mountain bike. I definitely recommend people that don’t have good mountain bikes to go start their mountain biking journey here

This was my first time in this store and I had an excellent experience. Hassan and the team were very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to choose a bike that fit my needs and budget. They also helped find trails and bike paths to ride that don’t have street riding as I am new to the area I live and don’t feel comfortable riding on the road yet. Overall highly recommend if you’re looking for large selection of bikes with excellent customer service.

Our first time here and we had a very nice experience with our bike purchase. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the features, how to get most out of the bike and what to adjust in the next few rides. Would strongly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Hassan and the rest of the staff were very helpful selecting our first two trail bikes for myself and my daughter. Kudos to the team! Looking forward purchasing more/future bikes in this location!
