We went shopping at Suzy’s in fairview mall today, and there was a lady named Rihanna who looked really unapproachable and had a very negative attitude toward us. She started by telling everyone to stand in line, even though we were already in line, and since my sister was with us, we wanted to pay together. But she insisted that my family couldn’t stand there because she said it would distract her. Throughout the experience, she kept responding to us with a bad attitude. Her customer service skills were extremely poor, and her communication with customers was disappointing. We were also really surprised to realized she was the store manager. I honestly won’t return to this store on a day when she’s there.

I am writing to share a negative experience I had at your Fairview store with Saadia, the store manager, on December 5th, 2024. My friend and I were shocked by the way she treated us during our visit.

Saadia falsely accused my friend of damaging merchandise, even though there was no reason to believe this was the case. Despite my friend's calm and respectful attempts to clarify the situation, Saadia continued to speak to us rudely and dismissively. What made the situation worse was that she did not apologize for her behavior, nor did she offer any resolution to the issue.

We left the store feeling upset and disrespected. As customers, we expect to be treated with dignity, not falsely accused or spoken to in such an unprofessional manner. I believe that Saadia’s behavior reflects poorly on the store and on the brand as a whole. I hope this matter is addressed to ensure that future customers do not have to endure such an unpleasant experience.

Suzy were a bad girl in 70-is. Making money by stripping and posting racy pictures online. But now their pictures are just to raise awareness.

The two women, from Manchester, posted the nude photos in an attempt to encourage more women to talk about their experiences of domestic abuse.

One of them Suzy, 22, said: ‘Women can be victims of domestic violence and abuse as much as men. So we want to help women realise they can’t be afraid to speak out. We’re trying to normalise it.’

I often shop there, bought pretty dresses and tops many times. However, like other stores, when you check online, the colors are bright and different, and all looks pretty, but when you go to a store, you change your mind. Everything goes on sale several times a year. Suzyshier's problem is that you can't return the items, and you can just get store credit! However, if you purchase online, you can return the items both online and in store, but that's not for all the items. Also, all the staff in Fairview mall location are nice except one!!

I just like to share how much I enjoy shopping in this location. Every time I notice all the staff trying their best to help me and all of them has this amazing welcoming spirit that I really appreciate. I don’t know all the names but as far as I remember there is Shivani and Yugen two amazing ladies but honestly everyone is too. My family and I had one of the worst experiences since we shopping here a couple months ago, on Sunday June 9th @ 4pm with not one but 2 associates. Unfortunately, neither one wanted to give us their names, however the girl who was managing the fitting rooms was extremely rude to my mother who just wanted to try on a blazer to buy more things at this store, speaking aggressively and completely ignored her attempts to try on the blazer eventually resulting in her just putting it back. Going up to the cash register now, the Indian girl who lied to my mother and told her she was the manager on duty when we later found out she was not, I’m assuming she’s a sales lead for her to call herself a manager, completely invalidated how we were feeling laughing in our faces saying “I know her personally and I’ve never had any complaints from her” and making excuses saying “well we are very busy so I don’t think she meant to speak to you like that”. I was appalled at the nasty way these two women spoke to my mother who shops there regularly and even has a membership card.
Lucky enough the ACTUAL assistant manager with the blonde hair was very attentive and listened to our concerns but ultimately Suzy Sheir needs to really evaluate the people that they have representing their brand because unfortunately with the amount of money my mother spends in that store I’ve encouraged her to take her hard earned money elsewhere, because to spend $64 today and $200 last week, to be disrespected and treated like trash is completely not worth the emotional distress.
