I contacted All Risks after I received my renewal for my home insurance with my existing policy and my rate when up over $60/mth for no reason. My current broker couldn't find anything better with their portfolio of companies so I decided to shop around. I called All Risks and spoke with Katie and she was amazing from beginning to end. Tried to cancel mother's insurance when she passed was told I could not cancel unless I was power of attorney. 7 months later I was called to sign and cancel. I said I'm not power of attorney and was told that's ok you can sign. Since calls are recorded the agent went back and confirmed the call. I did then go and sign and cancellation was dated back to my mother's passing. Called 6 weeks later about return of unearned premiums. They then told me too much time passed(basically we will keep the money) sorry but we will use this lesson for future cases.
