These boots are trash. Mine fell apart in just around 3 months and they refused to even partially refund my purchase. Don't shop here.

I went to this store today(June 15,2024 around 1:00pm) as I have seen what I wanted online. I was trying out different shoe sizes and have asked for a size 6 of the white rhinestone block heel which she had mentioned there wasn’t any, then the sales lady in long black hair with long thick eyelashes who I have been asking help from rudely said “Like I said, we don’t have any sizes.” I clarified if there was a size 6.5 and I dont think it was wrong to ask, she then replied abruptly in the same rude tone with a very unfriendly facial expression saying “Like I said, we don’t have any sizes.” I was shocked and told her she didn’t have to be rude. I left the store immediately. You should improve your customer service skills. That was really hurtful.

Very Bad customer service. I went to the store yesterday to buy shoes for my husband.So, I looked at shoes and asked for 9.5 and within 10 minites I bought the shoe. For the first pair I checked but that was 9 so she said we don’t have 9.5 and then I choose another one and asked for 9.5, she got back and brought the shoe 9.5 and unfortunately I didn’t checked the condition of shoe as I trusted that she got it from the back a new pair. When I reached home and gave to my husband he said it is already worn. So we simply went to the store to return and get another one. Then she replied with attitude that its dirty and I said that is the reason for return and she said she can’t return but can only exchange and my husband said ok but again she emphasised that she gave the shoes brand new as if we are lying. My husband again said its ok we will exchange but then she again mentioned the same thing as if she is literally saying we are lying. It is ok if don’t get greeted when enter the store or when they don’t ask us what we are looking for. But when I said that we are not lying and then she said I am not going to exchange and will call security. If I am saying truth and didn’t want to take the blame then she will call security for this reason.

Wow what a customer service and what an attitude by REYNA, (the girl with black hair and long eyelashes, mentioning this because just want to make sure I talk about the right person)

I hope someone gave her the class for customer service and also let her know that security is not to be called on customers whom you are blaming without any reason.

My daughter found a pair of winter boots she finds is warm, light on weight and comfier than the last pair she had. She's happy, I'm happy.

The service was something else. Their model shoes are not going to fit everyone's feet. Asked a worker for specific size in a couple boots, so we can compare, felt like I was asking her to crawl through a thicket of thorns and fight a dragon. She took a while, and after waiting I went to browse in the small store. We waited for another few minutes, I found more possibilities for my daughter then decided to check on what was happening with the boots I asked to see. The 2 other girls were gabbing to each other and telling someone they don't do refunds or returns, just store credit, much to the dismay of the unsatisfied customer. Duly noted. One of the girls asked if I needed help. I told her I was waiting on 2 boxes of boots to try out. The girl who went to get them appeared and said she thought we left the store. My daughter had remained seated in their sitting area the whole time, in view of the cashier counter, and I was there with her. How could they think we had left?! I'm docking off stars for their non-observance and attitude.

There systems were not working or may be because of low traffic they shut the store down till 2. So we waited there till that time and so conveniently they changed the time to 3 and locked from inside.

Seems like they don't care...at all.

I am asked to choose a star in order to post, though this shoe shop does not deserve even half star. I have seen retailers in Canada really respect their customers, but this Call It Spring does not listen to its customers, I bought a pair of boots and wore at home to try it out, but I did not feel comfortable. I went to return, but they did not take it back. Extremely poor service, now I am going to let all people know how poor customer service is here.

Greeted with "we close in a few minutes just so you know", no offer for assistance. It would be one thing to let us know she wouldn't get shoes for us, when we had selected a few pairs of shoes she told me "we do not do sizing 5 minutes to close, I have somewhere to be"
