Their products are very nice hence why I’ll give the extra star.
If I was to base my review on strictly customer service, then I would have to give a 0 star. Terrible customer service for such a high end store. I quite honestly don’t think I’d ever go back to mobler.
Not to mention the owner/manager who refuses to speak to customers no matter what the case may be.
Save yourselves the headache and buy from a place that you will feel respected at the very least.

I bought the Palermo sofa and it came with a flaw. The store did nothing about this, except try to put the blame on the moving company. Their form, which the movers must sign to pick up any product, states that the movers are agreeing that the item in is perfect condition but the movers have no ability to judge this as the product is fully wrapped. I was present when the sofa was unwrapped and there was no damage to any of the packaging/wrapping. Once opened, I saw a flaw on the bottom of the footrest. I called immediately and was not treated with respect. I sent a photo, but the store continued to blame the movers. I know the movers because of many years of working with them and I was standing there as the packaging material was removed. The flaw was not due to the movers. However the store made no suggestions to ameliorate the situation. I had planned to buy a matching chair but I will never buy from this store again.

We bought 2 sofa and a TV set. They are in Very good quality with reasonable price!! Their delivery and assembly service is excellent!! The staff Jordan and Michael are very nice and responsible. Michael is efficient, well organized and arrive on time!! He also gives us some furniture maintenance tips!!we experienced a very great customer service with good product quality! Highly recommend and whenever we want to buy furniture again , it will be our first choice!! 👍🏻

I went to a few places to buy furniture for my new place. A lot of places were flexible on prices except mobler, which is fine. But for a supposed “high end” furniture place, and paying 1800$ for a dinner table missing a hole on the weld for a screw is unacceptable.. let alone instructions on how to build the piece, which wasn’t there. Now I have a loose end on the table after a few hours of assembly.

Mobler furnishers have provided excellent customer service. They deliver and assemble at a very affordable price. I ordered my office desk online, and it arrived two days later. I am quite satisfied with their service and will continue to purchase there. They are the one-stop store for all of my home furniture.Ask for Gisella when you go there.

I came into the store in July 2019 and looked around. I really liked the service I received from Matthew (no pressure). I returned to the store later that month, probably a couple more times, as I really appreciated their inventory and the relationship I was developing with the sales staff. After careful consideration I decided on the Flex sofa (custom ordered in leather) and provided a 50% deposit on August 10th. I was told it would be about 12 to 14 weeks so I planned on 16 just in case. I received a call in mid October from Matthew outlining that the pieces were due to arrive in the first 3 weeks of November. I then received a follow-up call from the gentleman that was handling the deliveries (sorry, i cannot recall his name) in any case we scheduled a tentative delivery time for Saturday December 7th as this was MY first available time (the furniture sat patiently waiting to come to my home. Well, on Friday December 6th there was a change in my schedule that found me in my home at 1pm that day so I thought I would call Mobler and see if there was a chance that delivery could happen that day - I was told that the trucks out for delivery but if they got back early enough they would give me a call and try their best to accommodate me. My phone rings at about 3pm and a young man says, hello Sir, we are driving to your place right now to deliver your sectional! Wow! Customer service at its best! I was overjoyed that the company considered me and attended to my request...I felt so very fortunate. They came in, set everything up and were out the door with all packaging within about 15 minutes. I cannot say enough about this store. In fact, I cancelled an order for furniture I had previously ordered from another store back in June 2019 (custom ordered as well) that had still not come in (nor had I received any updates from them) and plan on visiting Matthew and the rest of the team in the next few weeks to again make a sizeable purchase to furnish my family room. I cannot see myself buying furniture from anyone else. Service is so important to me and as I have just bought my new house, i wanted to feel like someone really had my interests at heart. Way to go guys!

Going from Scandia next door to Mobler is a massive night-and-day difference: it is very clear all the furniture at Mobler is made in China or Asia and while that doesn't mean the quality is poor, it is overpriced for what it is.

If you are looking for something at this price point, you can find better options. I did not order anything, but reading other reviews I can see that might be a good thing - it seems like there are lot of delays.

I ended up buying elsewhere and it was around $500 more, and a fully leather sofa made in Europe instead of the partly PVC/vinyl one at Mobler. At least the staff at Mobler are nice unlike the ones next door...

I was disappointed with the service I received from one of your sales associates during my recent visit. She responded to my question in a disrespectful manner, which led me to walk away without browsing for the furniture we had come to purchase.

We have previously bought multiple pieces from your store and have even recommended it to friends. However, when I asked about an issue with an existing item, I was told, rather dismissively, that I could donate it, but nothing further could be done.

It felt as though had she known I was there intending to buy a new sofa set and dining table, her attitude might have been different. This experience left a very negative impression
