Our experience as a family with Ecclestone Financial Group started when we watched how Ted and all of his team took such good care of our Mom! They treated her with respect and dignity and even would give her rides back to her home on occasion after Mom was unable to drive. This excellent service has continued with my husband and me and several family members. They don’t give us rides home, but they certainly take care of our financial needs meticulously and treat us like one of the family !

My sister and brother in law recommened Ted because they have had such a great experience with him. I recently switched my RRSP's from an investment group and my TFSA from a green bank over to Eccelstone Financial Group. I am very happy with the service from Ted and his staff. It only took a couple of visits to Fergus and everything was looked after. I was doing nothing but losing money from the previous companies and so far i am having returns already. Ted is a very down to earth person and i can honestly say that you will not regret having him look after your financial needs.

My husband John and I have been clients of Ecclestone Financial Group for 2 years. First we appreciate that a 'live voice' answers the phone and we don't have to explain ourselves, they seem to really know who we are when we call. We aren't just a number. Responses to emails are fulsome and prompt. We never feel rushed in a meeting. I don't think Ted Eccelestone even wears a watch in a meeting. Working with Kevin Herder for insurance for our travels has been a pleasure. We had never met him so the last time we were in the office we asked to meet him because we wanted to put a face to the name. Most important we trust know and believe that our hard earned money is being invested wisely, conscientiously and with personal care.

Our relationship with Ted began after our mutual funds with the banks seemed to grow at a slow rate with fluctuations that were part of the problem. Ted and Manulife Securities have seemed to turn this situation around and growth in our investments are now far greater than before. There is no group more serious about what they do. Yet they accomplish this with kindness, patience and lots of humour too. They have ongoing seminars to help educate you. They are open to calls and questions at any time. We have known Ted for years but its not just about him. He has put together a team that shares his mandate.
