Tried to cancel a deceased family members insurance and sign off on everything, after explaining we wanted everything finished and signed papers the co-executor and myself left the office. A month later they are still trying to bill the decease' account and claim we never bothered doing the paperwork to close. Apparently you cannot cancel insurance on a dead person's property even though someone else has possession of it.

Had a real estate deal in probate that was closing at the last minute. After my current insurance company stressed me out, gave me a hard time & were frankly rude & unprofessional I was referred by my real estate agent to Krysta at Howard Mutual.
