Went in with my fiance to get him a new phone. Gary was incredibly kind and helpful, ordered in the phone we wanted and when it arrived the next day he helped us get everything sorted out to switch carriers making the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Which ever male employee, older gentleman with greying hair and a beard that was working at 12:15pm on Saturday October 5th should not be working behind the counter and representing this company. Myself and my partner came into the store to see how much it would be monthly to add a new plan/device onto my pre-existing contract (which I got in June). When I asked him he was immediately condescending and acted as though my presence was inconveniencing him, asked me which phone, and then just said it would be unlimited everything and that it would be $110 a month. When I asked if there were any other options (as I have a different plan/payment than that) he simply just said no and that that was the only option. He still hadn’t even mentioned what iPhone it would be nor did he even ask me any information to pull up my profile and see the plan I had. When I became a little frustrated and told him I would just be going to the Stouffville location. He simply just laughed at me. I have been a bell customer for 10 years and have never been treated like that.

Went 2 days before Black Friday; was looking for a 2 year contract to get a new phone. After providing my current plan staff didn't make any attempt to get a good plan, both employees didn't seem to care. I was the only person in the store.
The same day, I then went to Markville Mall and got a plan that was only $5 more per month with new phone.
Service is very poor.
