My wife and I had an amazing experience working with both Anna and Dominic. We couldn't be happier with the service received at Master Financial. The owner, Mortgage Broker, Anna Alex gave us the worst service. Took our information and would not respond. We had to call from different phone numbers to get her attention. We waited over a month to get our papers ready and by the end we called the office to get her to respond to us. They emailed us on her behalf saying she's too busy and will not be able to provide us with service. We lost on 3 purchase opportunities because of her. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend her to anyone.
