After I renewed my policy with a different insurance provider, I informed this company just 4 days later—and they still charged me a ridiculous $822 cancellation fee. No grace period, no understanding, just a flat, unfair charge.

To make matters worse, their underwriter refused to even review the situation, showing no flexibility or willingness to help. The service was stubborn, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

This company has clearly forgotten the value of customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone and will ensure they receive no business or referrals from my side again.

Avoid them if you value fairness and respect.

I received a car insurance quote from this brokerage for $437, which I accepted. After that, they sent me the agreement, which I signed. They even provided a temporary liability slip on the morning of May 2nd and told me I would receive the full package in the mail next week.

To my shock, I then received a call from them saying they could not proceed with the agreement that I had already signed the previous week. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially since my existing insurance was set to expire the very next day.

They should have honored the agreement they committed to. I had a very bad experience with this brokerage and do not recommend them at all.

I had the unfortunate experience of working with Richa Sareen, and it has proven to be a significant mistake. Throughout our interactions, there were numerous errors and frequent miscommunication regarding my policy. Additionally, her use of slang in her emails made them difficult to understand, and I found the overall lack of professionalism alarming, especially since this only became evident after I had signed my contract.

I also feel that Richa lacks genuine concern for her clients. For instance, despite my clear preference for making a one-time payment, she repeatedly pushed for a month-to-month payment plan. Later, I discovered that this approach benefits her financially, as she receives more compensation through a monthly structure.

Furthermore, I explicitly communicated my reluctance to download an app that tracks my activity. Despite this, she proceeded to sign me up for it. She had assured me over the phone that I wouldn’t need to download the app and that it would not affect my premium, but she has now altered that narrative.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, and as a result, I will not be working with this company again. I would not recommend their services to others.

one of their carriers held one of my loads hostage and they made threats over email. i reached out to their rep at armour and they acted like they would follow up on this but I never heard back. I tried to follow up but was completely ignored.
