He found us a lower % rate for our re-financing, lower our monthly rates but as well reconciled all our debts which is what we were hoping. Terrible experience with this company. Their agent approached me with promises of a new mortgage. Five months of me constantly calling with no response or some excuse. They did not deliver on the help promised me and lead me into a very costly foreclosure, I almost lost my house. This experience was very stressful and ultimately cost me thousands of wasted dollars. Stay clear of this company.

Highly unprofessional. No one answers the phone here and Maxium's actions or lack thereof caused us to lose our first house. You put trust in people and thinking because they got you a "preapproval" means that all should be okay when you put in your 5 day conditional financing. Maxium had all of the documents first thing in the morning of day 1 of the conditional financing so I do not understand how we did not hear anything from this "lender." On day 5, I gave Maxium half the day while anxiously awaiting an answer, several calls and emails went unanswered. The only excuse we heard was the lender didn't get back to him. Up to now Maxium will not tell us who the lender is. Whenever we asked the question was either ignored or said I cannot tell you. No one will answer the phone in this place so we can get any answers or have some sort of action taken. We are absolutely devastated and feel as if we were taken advantage of. This experience has completely broken our spirits and made us not want to continue into home ownership. Steer clear of this place so you don't get taken advantage of like we did.

Nothing but high praise for Maxium. I must say I was not convince he could have helped me given my debt situation but he proved me wrong. He did not stop until he was able to get me a new mortgage and payed out all my debts. Not I'm starting the new year debt free and a mission to keep it that way. Way to to Maxium and team!
