This is by far the worst insurance broker I have ever dealt with. We lost our insurance completely because Varun Mahajan, our broker failed to notify us that there was an issue with the payment. Now we’re left dealing with a cancellation on our record for 3 years something that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of communication.
Their team is unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless. For three months, we kept calling and messaging with no proper response. It’s shocking how a company that handles something as serious as insurance can operate with such incompetence.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind stay far away from this broker and his team.
