Great experience setting up my home and auto insurance. My broker retires and the new one assigned to my account leaves the company. No broker support for six months. Get a new broker; super nice guy, but no experience. I just happen to need a complete review since things have changed and asked to get support from a more experienced broker. No response. Just want to do a one time deep dive review and let it run for a few years and they can let my new broker manage it, but I'm afraid they are going to force me shop for a new insurance broker and switch. Sigh.

I was doing a rather last minute car lease... Didn't touch base with Sarah Zammat until the last minute (my fault) and I was a little worried about everything being in order in time. And she not only anticipated what we wanted, but had it done while I was speaking with her, and before the call was over it was done and sent off to my car dealer. Talk about peace of mind and efficiency. And Sarah is just extremely pleasant to deal with ... thank you again!
