BEST travel agency! My recent experience with Think Travel was excellent. Rachel and Chris took the time to ask questions about what kind of trip we were looking for in order to provide us with the right options. They shared their own experiences and travel tips. We just got back from our latest vacation and Rachel was once again paramount in making it a dream come true.

She coordinated between hotels, private transfers, made sure we had exactly the hotel rooms we wanted. Saved us so much time and ensured we had a smooth, stress-free vacation. She is a true pro! Responsive, dedicated and kind.

Wow! Rachel's services truly are end-to-end and go well beyond booking and coordinating one's vacation. In our case, we had last minute logistical changes to our river cruise in Europe and Rachel was on top of it at every step. This including the arrangements for alternate ground transportation (private car) at no extra charge, changing hotels and ensuring we were reimbursed for services we no longer needed. Even after the trip, Rachel was still chasing down outstanding reimbursements to make sure we were whole. Definitely booking the next vacation through Rachel.

My recent and past experience with Rachel @ Think Travel has been nothing short of amazing. My family worked with Rachel to find the perfect destination in 2020. With the pandemic debacle Rachel quickly communicated with Sunwing to cancel our vacation. While others who had not booked via an agent were put on hold for hours via customer service, I was able to go about my days while Rachel took care of everything. When the company offered refunds to clients, Rachel was quick to communicate and get me my full refund.

Now, here we are again post pandemic and we are ready to travel again! Planning a trip with Rachel is like planning a trip with your best friend. I was on the phone with Rachel for 2 hours going through resorts late into the evening. My indecisiveness never felt rushed, but was only reassured that she was available to me for all the time I needed. Rachel is kind. Relatable. Reliable. Understanding, and most of all...Responsive. She clearly recognized I worked best by talking things through! She will work with your style of planning!

When Rachel said she was going to call, she did! I always received email confirmation of all things confirmed in a quick and timely manner.
