I have had meester for 17 years. I saw that every couple years I was being charged more. When I questioned meester to search for better prices they said that’s the best they can do. So to make a long story short i decided to shop elsewhere. Guess what. I went from 11000.00 a year to 6000.00 a year. That’s for house and one vehicle . I called meester they could not match. They are a rip off. Beware

My parents deal with Meester and I used to also so when I bought my new car I figured I would use Meester again just to stick with what I know, and particularly since brokers are *supposed* to save you money and find the best deal. I had one blemish in my driving record from ~2 years ago and the broker said the best rate she could find was $3900 per year. I thought that was absurd so I went to find my own quote. The very first insurance company I contacted quoted me $1500 less, including rating for the blemish. It makes no sense to me why I would be quoted $3900 by a broker who's supposed to find the best rate, when literally 5 minutes searching myself I found an instrumentally better deal. So before going with a quote from here, I recommend doing your own research!
