My partner scheduled an appointment with your company for tax matters, and we arrived on time. However, nobody opened the door for us. This is completely unacceptable. I even missed work to attend this appointment. If you are not going to be available, you must inform your clients in advance so we don’t waste our time. I am paying for a service and expect reliability and professionalism.

Did our taxes with Serve U 2023, booked appointment for this year. were told to make sure be on time as we close at5pm. We had to leave work earlier to ensure being there on time. My appointment was at 4:30pm and as not let in until 5pm!!! The receptionist kept ignoring and said you can leave if you can't wait. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional
