This mall is not brand new. It first opened in 2020. Unfortunately, it didn’t catch on as it was hoping to attract vendors that were forced out when Market Village was torn down.

The mall lacks a directory to find stores, layout is a grid so it is not very intuitive. It is over 80% vacant.

Plenty of parking on ground level and underground though.

This King Square Shopping Centre has opened for 3 to 4 years. It's a rather newly opened Asian Mall , bright and clean, has large outdoor and underground parking lots. It's a pity to see so many empty units, I think it only has 40% of occupancy . I think only the big Chinese supermarket can make some business. We all understand the pandemic has really killed all business, hope business can be picked up gradually . The food court is so empty during lunch hour, I think only 4 to 5 food stores are in business. It's sad to see such an atmosphere !
To the Google Map Administration : I wanted to say something about the King Square Shopping Centre, but the title here kept on saying that this is the " Shield Shutters" . I can see other comments are talking about the shopping centre , but the introduction by the business just talk about the shutters......there must be something that have been mixed up.

This is a Chinese restaurant and you can find everything related to Chinese cuisine and items over there it is not so popular in my guess. Subscribe @harmanspot @ YouTube

It is very sad to see such a nice mall to be empty. It was built with a lots of thought!
There is a food court in the mall and it is empty. There is some office space on the 3rd floor. This mall had a lots of windows and it is very bright inside the mall.
When I visited on July2019, you only allow to use their underground parking. All their light in the underground parking lot are sensors control.
I do have high hopes on this mall as it is a nice addition to the area.
Also looks like there is a supermarket under construction.

Spacious and quiet shopping mall that opened right before the pandemic. Most of the shops are vacant, but the anchor stores are a supermarket and Best Shop. There's some food options here too. The best part is that they have an underground parking lot that is warm in the winter.

After the grand opening on 2018, 4 years now still not many shops are opened, I walk through the ground floor and 2nd floor, mostly are empty, not even a store sign on it. I believe it has 10% occupancy only.
Waste time to be there.
2018年盛大開業後，4年多了 到現在還沒有多少店是開業的，走過一樓和二樓，大部份是吉的, 別再說三樓了，許多連招牌也沒有。我相信它只有10%是開業的.

This mall has been open since 2019, but there simply is no business plan for this mall. There are so many vacant shops for lease, the food court isn't the greatest and the air quality is terrible. The grocery store and houseware stores on one corner of the mall is doing okay. The only thing that attracts me to come here is the delicious food at Xin Yi Time.

We bought some kitchen stuff from the Mega Home Show warehouse sale, and The Best Shop from King Square. The warehouse sale has a range of discounted kitchen products, electronics, cutlery sets, dish sets etc. The Best Shop is budget friendly for home items, stationary, Chinese tradition items, and a clothing aisle. Giving this mall 3 stars because it needs more shops selection, but other than this, it's clean, spacious, and these 2 shops and supermarket are good to buy home stuff if in the area.
