My boyfriends experience ***
Worst insurance company EVER. Every person I've talked to has been rude and condescending, I leave the conversations so frustrated and unsatisfied. They don't want to help you solve problems or get you a reasonable deal, they just want your money. I'd give them -5 stars if I could.
One lady didn't even know how the graduated licensing system works. Don't waste your money or your time.

Fair prices & great customer service. Have had one claim in the past handled professionally and timely. Renewal notices come with a hand-written note of what's new and what to pay attention to in terms of policy changes. No one takes the time to do things like that anymore. Highly recommend.
