Horrible place to get insurance, Deleany a money hungry sales person. She added things to my insurance policy without my permission, she removed me off a vehicle I shared with a family member in order to charge my family member $1500.00 a month for insurance on vehicle, I went into the insurance company talked to a different insurance agent and he agreed that my name should have never been taken off the insurance policy seeing it was in my name my insurance for both vehicles was $288.00 a month, then I get a letter from Deleany trying to bill me $1500.00 + the $288.00. I went back in gave her a piece of my mind put her in her spot well I walked out of her office and talked to a different agent my insurance policy was corrected and now I am searching for a new insurance company one with out Deleany as an agent and I will be filing an official complaint

This agency was very responsive and took great care in providing us with prompt service. Being new to the market in Canada we had many many questions. Thankfully, Celeste was very knowledgeable and detailed in her explanations to us and we were able to secure a policy to fit our needs. NO need to shop further for another agency - The Standard Insurance will far exceed your expectations!
