Taylor at Huntsville Home Comfort provides knowledgable, timely and kind and considerate service. She lets you know that your person in need is way more important than the company's bottom line. this is very rare these days. Her good natured spirit and sense of humour serves her well in dealing with difficult clients. She is very patient, and will attend the location to assess your needs personally. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any assistive devices.

Very clipped short phone call with staff. They seemed disinterested in helping and more concern rushing me off the phone.
Previously purchased a shoulder brace they fit me for that was too large but fir by their standard. Two mediocre experiences lead to this rating

We have been well serviced by everyone working at Home Comfort Care.
We rented some equipment for 5 months, and made purchases during that time also.
Taylor was always willing to help, the delivery and set up of equipment
was done by polite, courteous young men.

UPDATE: Immediately following this post, the owner, Bonnie, called & apologized. Following discussion with her, I would upgrade to 4 star. Fail to communicate. Went into Hanes Rd. location early October. Was told I would be called late October to set up in home
appointment . I can't alled November 7th & left voice message. Got call back November 10 & set up appointment for goday but time would be firmed up by phone on 14th. NO ONE PHONED. So do I have appointment today ?
