Hôtel non recommandé.
Extérieur sale, chambre défraîchie, linge douteux, cuisine fermée à l'heure du petit déjeuner.

Just ate here. Not a lot of choices in Springdale. Service was great. Very friendly and quick. Food was good for what they have to work with but of course not traditional. Prices were in line with area. Parking easy and was close to our motel. A nice change from fish

Motel needs serious work, door locks stick, blow dryers do not work, bed was clean but fan was filthy, no A/C, garbage and bags of pop tins litter the grounds, service poor on Motel side.

The restaurant offered fresh tasty Chinese cuisine, many options. Service was efficient and meals were good.

We recommend the restaurant but definitely not the Motel. Value for price paid seriously out of line.

I booked this Motel in December 2022 for arrival on June 19, 2023. My husband and I were traveling to Newfoundland from Ontario. We drove there from the Gander Airport to find it closed. We could see they had a fire in the motel. I had to call them and left a message thanking them for not me know! They called back and said their records showed they had contacted me. This was a lie. I only have a cell, so if they couldn’t reach me, I would of had a voice mail, and no such message occurred. So now we had to start looking for a place to stay. I see their web site is still up, and nothing pops up says closed.

The motel was quite basic and it was fine for a one night stay. The bed wasn't terribly comfortable and the furniture looked a bit battered. What's most disappointing was how dirty the floor was. Our feet were so dirty after 5 minutes walking around the room. The check in/out process was very simple though.

My fiancé and I headed across the island camping for the weekend and decided our last night we would stay here to get rested up for the long drive back to St. John’s. We were treated like family here. The room was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The people running this place are amazing. I look forward to staying here again!

Clean but strangely set furniture and cable box in our room. There were no extra electrical outlets so we had to unplug tv and cable box to use blow dryers, curling irons and to charge our phones. Food was good but took 45 minutes to get our meals. Friendly workers, great price.

The only motel in Springdale and on our specific tour route and good enough for one night. The village is well kept with nice houses and trees. The booking area was in the restaurant . The staff were pleasant and anxious to please It was comfortable and with more room than another we stayed in and the bathroom larger than some, quite typical of small country towns. We did get a seniors rate for the room and for dinner. There is a Chinese buffet every night, rather mediocre but there are few other places in this village to go to. It is popular enough.
