Terry is a great, honest, and very well-organized realtor with whom my wife and I have worked. Terry helped us in buying our second house. He showed us over 20 homes in Abbotsford and Chilliwack in just two days. Terry responded quickly to our request and came very well-organized with all the papers for each house (floor plans, house ad details). He gave us a brief overview of the community, each house's cons and pros, and no matter whether we liked it or not. He is a very personable, kind, and honest realtor. It was such a wonderful experience having Terry as our buyer's agent! His years of experience actually speaks for itself through all that he does. He was truly patient with us! He checked upon with us and kept sending us listings for 8 months consistently. He also made sure that we know our priorities so that it would help him and us to narrow down our search. Most importantly, whenever we showed interest in any property, Terry would arrange for us to see the property (wheh there were no open houses). He also went with us and provided guidance since we were first time buyers. He was never pushy in terms of urging us to invest in certain property. In fact, he provided a checklist (very professional) since day 1 for us to bring with us whenever we view any property so that we could down write what we liked and what we did not. He also went above and beyond to highlight important details of the property to us so that we are aware of any potential issues in the future. Terry was really quick to reply to our concerns too! Honestly, there is so much more to write but it's difficult to put in words. Overall, I would just like to thank Terry for his patience, hard work, determination, welcoming personality and helping us all along! Highly recommend Terry to anyone!
