Unprofessional , Worst experience booking with them. Staff is not even trained to guide the customer if they have the visa for the country they are travelling through. We asked for the tickets from YVR to India through Seattle and they booked us from Seattle to India. They never get back to their customer or take responsibility. It's been 3 days we have been calling over and over, neither received a call back nor the solution yet. Very poor management and supervision.

Very Disappointing Service

I had a terrible experience with Dhindsa Travels for my passport renewal. I dealt with Mannu and Aman, and due to their carelessness, my application was completely mishandled. I provided all the required documents, but they failed to send them to BLS. I received no updates, and when I contacted them, they simply told me to check with BLS myself—so what was the point of paying them? Anyway still i ve to check with BLS by myself because i don’t have any other option After waiting in long lines at BLS, I found out that Dhindsa Travels had missed my documents and even misprinted my email on application, causing communication issues. In the end, I wasted a whole month, and my application was rejected. Very unprofessional—would not recommend.

When I went to their office to fix the issue, they told me it would take just 20 minutes to refill the application and get it signed. That “20 minutes” turned into 2 hours. No respect for clients’ time
