I wanted to share a story of how wonderful the people at this company. We were travelling through the area and were in a bind as our 6 year old needed to use the washroom. There was a power outage on the corner and we stop to see if the Tim Hortons would let us use their facilities but they wouldn’t. We then tried to find another place that was open. The kind staff let us use their office bathroom. They were just so kind and fabulous about the whole thing.

I met with an agent, Chris Gallagher, who took all the details of our farm including the fact that we give riding lessons. In five weeks, after several messages sent to him and two office visits, I received absolutely no response. I was told that he had sent an email but that was not true. When I finally was contacted with another agent, I was told that I can't be insured with them because of the riding lessons. What terrible customer service!! I will spread the words and definitely never recommend this company.

Just a terrible agency! They take your money but their policy is to ALWAYS deny a claim and wait until you sue. Never, NEVER take out a policy to rent your house. After increasing the premium costs significantly, they could not even think of one thing that the policy would cover. Our new agency is costing one third less. People, shop around. There ARE better options

I have 4 houses insured with this company. Cheap price and cheap service. This company will do everything in their power to deny a claim and IF they do pay out, they will drop you. Million of dollars insurance and $10,000 claim and they dropped me.

Also have a third party company witness their adjuster guessing at the cause of a water damage claim. They later called in a building engineer that ALSO guessed at the cause which we later found wrong when we gutted the basement. Asked for a review at that time and we hear crickets.

This company will definately not be there when you need them.
