I would have given them 0 stars if there would be any option of that. The lady working there has zero sense of behaving, she dont even know any ABC about the customer service. Talked rudely with me upon asking for my booking, and she cancelled it without notifying me which costed me another 9500$$ for 6 tickets for booking immediately. Worst service ever. These guys are totally fraud.

Don’t go there they doesn’t have sense of customer service. Tickets got cancelled at the moment. They charged me $6000 for 3 tickets and did not refund any money.

TOTAL RIP OFF SYSTEM!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Agency rep gives you a price and takes your payment info.

Another rep calls you back wanting to charge you another $150 after agreeing on a price and holding an air fair for 3 days.

Agency owner kept stressing he has been in the business for 20 years and would not honour the initial quoted price.

Unless you would like to get ripped off, please stay away from this place.
