I had a nasty cat bite/scratch injury and my hand became very swollen, stiff, and infected. Stopped by Agassiz Pharmacy and promptly got a 💉. Mohamed also quickly booked me a tele appointment for a call with a physician within 3 hours. Absolutely excellent caring and helpful customer service!

Fantastic staff; very helpful, kind, and patient. When a pharmacist can’t diagnose/prescribe, they often have a doctor you can sign up to talk on the phone with later in the day. Remedy Rx has helped me many times with a call with a doctor when I could not access a doctor via a walk-in clinic. I’m not exaggerating when I say this was life changing for me post partum with my second baby. I am thrilled with this pharmacy and the care they provide.

Thank you for the value add experience, my family doctor got me on an annual auto renew prescription that works very well to augment my health…she has since left the country so being able to get a prescription renewal through this type of service was very helpful and saved me having to waste a doctors valuable time
