Started out great, then after 10 months and waiting for a reply from May of this year , and several calls and emails ,they feel it’s best to ghost there clients , and be non responsive , this has been absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I am still in process of a claim. I had been in this for more than a year. I don't know an how productive or the reslts will be. I don't hear from them much or know what is happening with claim.
