Here's a very negative review for a bank branch:

"I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this branch. The staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Every time I visit, it feels like I’m bothering them just by asking simple questions. I waited over an hour just to speak to someone about a basic account issue, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee was dismissive and uninterested in helping. The branch is poorly managed, with long lines and no sense of urgency. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs."
