Colin has been an incredible help for me as a first time buyer. Throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home he was constantly checking in with me, providing me with tidbits of advice and making suggestions that would be in my best interest. He was always available to answer my questions, too. Even when things were stressful and deadlines were tight, Colin always got things done. I cannot recommend him enough as your Mortgage Broker, especially if you're a first time buyer; he can and will take his time to answer all your questions and make sure you understand the decisions you need to make before you have to make them.

I highly recommend Colin to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. My husband and I used him with our last house purchase and he did everything in his power to make sure we got approved to purchase the house if our our dreams and at a good rate.
