They are much too self-accommodating for my approval. If you are a few minutes late for an appointment, they want to fine you, but if you are on time, you wait for 20 minutes. The only reason it's not a one-star review is because they do everything else adequately.

The receptionists are lovely and helpful. Dr. K is amazing, with lots of patience and care. Hopefully he could be my family doctor soon.

My oldest daughter called at 7:45am to get same day appointment for my grandson, she got one for 1:00 and was told to wait outside cause of his symptoms, he is 2 and then to call front desk and they said they would tell her to come in when a room was available, she called them for 7 minutes straight and kept being ignored and not put through, she finally got through and they said she missed appointment and her son couldn’t see a doctor and can’t rebook cause they didn’t know if they would have to bill her $40.00 for the missed appointment, she explained she was calling for 7 minutes and they basically told her nope your fault and suck it up. Honestly so disgusting on their part, the lack of care is wild. Now she has to sit in the hospital waiting room clogging up them for a simple prescription cause of their lack of care. 0 stars if I could!!!!!!

They dont even bother to comply on your request. I keep on calling for the doctor to respond to the request thats been lying on his desk for weeks now but until now hasnt done a thing! I mean if the admin is getting pissed because I keep on calling, then have the doctor sign the request. Its not a busy clinic thats for sure! And the doctor is being paid for whatever job he is doing..

This is absolutely not a walk in clinic. Good luck trying to get it the same day, I called before they even opened and the day was apparently too full. Woman who picked the phone up was extremely rude. Better off driving to red deer or Calgary.

I wasn’t going to write a review but then I received a “no show letter”. I called the clinic at precisely 7:45. I really needed to see a doctor about my UTI. The woman I spoke with told me that there were no more available appointments that day. I was surprised but had no reason to disbelieve her. I informed her that I had a UTI and she told me that she would schedule me for the following day. I went in the following day and was told that I had missed my appointment from the previous day. I was flabbergasted! Anyone who has ever had a UTI knows how painful it is; I would absolutely not miss an appointment. Any phone calls in future to this clinic should be recorded. Incompetent, incompetent, incompetent.
