I absolutely loved this workbook. Golden really breaks things down into understandable and actionable steps that I was able to immediately impliment in my daily life. It truly did help me refine myself and started me thinking on things I didn't really consider that important. Values? I knew I HAD values, but I never really truly NAMED them or even gave them serious thought to how they apply in my every day life. From breaking down what values actually are, to finding what your unique voice is. This workbook walks you through each step of refining your personal brand and helps you really understand WHY you are doing, well anything!
