This review is branch specific. I spent my entire lunch hour, on the phone with a lovely lady, sorting out why my personal line of credit had been closed without so much as a phone call advising me of this action. Following this I spent another 45 minutes, applying for a new personal line of credit. The nice lady who helped me with this action, told me I needed to take care of something at my branch asap, and she would submit my request. I asked her what time my branch was open until today. She advised me that my local branch was open until 7pm. I assured her I could get there before 7pm this evening. I arrived at this branch at 6:15pm and although someone was still inside, everything was locked up and she mouthed to me that they are closed. However even the sign on the front door stated they are open until 7pm on Thursdays. I'm very unimpressed.

These guys suck. Never pick up the phone. Never even call back. I would rather keep my money in my matres then with these people. I had a meeting with a lady and se assured me she would get back to me in the following week regarding my issue. It's been a month now and she won't answer the phone. Or return my call.
