I went in today to get some stocks for my business and I asked an employee inside if she can help me get some more drinks from the back because there was none left in the front and she said go inside and ask for heather and I went I didn’t see her but the Pepsi woman was there and I asked if she can help me and she was helping me, after heather comes out of her door screaming and yelling at me why I’m in the back and who let me in, I told her one of the employees did and she said no you have to get out, super bad customer service and I asked if I can talk to the manager and she was saying she is the manager even though she was not and her name is heather which she is claiming that she is a assistant manager, so she was lying about being the manager of the store and she refused to give me the managers number for me to make a complaint and I come to this exact dollar store every week to make purchases for my business and every employee is super nice and sweet and I always walk to the back to get 100-200$ purchases but this isn’t the first time this heather woman has given me attitude, and she didn’t even let me make my purchase and she kicked me out of the store saying I’m never aloud here again.

I think the Dollarama is very very good it has everything I needed and everything I was looking for there was things that could never find in a different Dollarama but in this one I would always find it also its pretty big and always has everything in stock we were stayed at a campground and it was only 5 minutes away amazing place.

Store hours on door does not line up with the time they closed. Placed an official complaint with head office because this has got to STOP. They are essential and should be open till 8pm for essential workers for when they get off work and families. 2nd time they've pull this first lockdown and now this one! Not fair to hard working people around town. Major changes are needed to help our late working essential workers to make lunches and have drinks on a budget.

Get it together. If fixed I might just might increase my rating but right now I feel angered and frustrated

Pretty pathetic that the dog food store/ supply is open later than them... tells you something doesn't it. Shady business

First time at Gan Dollarama and the store looks great. Loved the set up. Found some things I haven't seen at other Dollaramas. I didn't find the employees overly friendly. None went out of their way to acknowlege us or say hi.

I was stalked around the store by the manager before she realized I wasn’t One of her workers? Threatened me after then realized I never worked there, won’t go back to buy here.
