Amazing place it's so cool, I feel like in an American movie when teenagers watch a movie and kiss)
We arrived before the session. It was so great to play the slot machines) We got a lot of emotions. Delicious food , ice cream . Everything for a cool movie theater session)

The atmosphere is amazing. Food was good. The screen has vertical corrugation which seems to catch the light shining in sideways from the lot next door causing vertical black and white lines of shadow and highlight constantly visible throughout the movie. The stripes were pretty distracting. I still love this place. So close to perfect. Also, fyi, there was no intermission between movies, second movie starts right after the credits of the first movie end.

gen x you wanna relive the drive in like you were still in high-school? smell of butter and hi viscosity oil comforting you and perhaps your date... giggle. just put blinds up outside to dRken the experience, who does that? 1000 does! I don't know if that's the right term, I don't care. Even have the bumpy humps for your vehicle to park on for whatever reason, glad they're not open Wednesdays. the bumpy humps be like "do you know what day it is?"
just to be clear.. if I had a car I would ve had an even better review.

Peter and his son at 1000 islands drive in were truly amazing and attentive to my needs as an medically at risk person.

They have a really wide assortment of theatre goodies from popcorn, soda and chocolate to fries, ice cream and other treats.

They also have a massive selection of rentals - perfect for the cottage in the summer months.

You can also rent out their indoors theatre which seats by my account 80 for a private event.

Thank you 1000 Islands cinema. I will be back.

I’m really happy to see that the events happening in the town of Gananoque are covered nicely. I wasn’t aware that the Thousands Islands Drive-In theatre also has an indoor theatre.

Good selection of DVD's , entertainment for the younger kids ,Drive in part could be improved by knocking out naighbours lamp post it would greatly improve the quality of the picture,
