We worked with Meghan to book our Honeymoon. We had already had a terrible experience with another travel company and were feeling discouraged.
From the moment that I walked in the door Meghan put me at ease. She listened to what we were looking for and came back with options the very next day that were within our budget. Even after booking, Meghan continued to check in and contact our resort to make our trip extra special.
I can not recommend her enough. our Honeymoon was 10/10

This may very well go down to a 2 or a 1. My Mom & Dad are renewing vows in October in Mexico. It has been nothing but problems trying to book this trip..for 14 people through the agency in Belleville. It's like the agent has too much on the go. I realized we are not her only clients but a little timeliness would be nice. Since when does it take 2 days just to find out a hotel rate for night before trip? Never calls my Mother back when she has said she would..more than once. Birthdates wrong, names wrong, we're having to tell her the same info over and over. I would have thought she'd have it written down. Sad cause Mom had excellent service from her last year. But with the potential of 5 couples' repeat business you'd think an effort would be made so they come back.
Omg...can this get any worse. Tried to book seats 24 hours before flight and find out we have to pay $30(can)per checked bag per person on way down and $30(us) on way back. How could she not have known this. She was specifically asked! Stay away from this agency or at least Kristen. 🤬

This may be a good place to book a trip but I don't think I'll find out. I arrived at about 40 minutes before they closed and the one representative was on the phone. After a minute or so she said oh I will only be a few minutes and then after about another three or four minutes I asked if there was a washroom to use and after she paused and thought about it she said sorry not one for the public but you can use one of the restaurants if I wanted to but she closes at 2 so I probably won't be able to help you then. I guess they are busy enough that they do not need my business. This was at the Belleville location

Excellent agency. Open Saturdays..not all are which I found odd.
Our agent presented us with several options for the trip we wanted, ensured our travel needs were met (ie a triple booking, few stairs in the hotel etc) and was so thoroughly pleasant that we agreed we were happy to give her our money.
